Bulk reassign submissions

About this task

You can select multiple submissions to reassign to another user.

Procedure

  1. In the Submissions panel on the Home page, click the Settings icon () and then select Bulk Reassign.
    The Submissions panel displays a check box next to each submission and a Reassign button at the top of the panel. If the Submission grid is currently showing filters, the current filter is visible but is disabled so that you cannot make changes to the filter while in Bulk Reassign mode.
  2. Select the submissions you want to reassign, and then click Reassign.
    If you have selected more than the maximum number of submissions that Underwriting Management supports for reassignment at one time, Underwriting Management displays a message to let you know that you have selected more than the maximum and processes the submissions in batches.
    The Reassign Submissions pop-up window appears.
  3. Select the type of user to which you want to assign the submission (Underwriter, Assigned To, or Service Team), and then select a user from the related drop-down list. For Service Team users, you can add a a new member to the submission or remove a member from the submission by clicking Add Member or Remove Member and then selecting the user to add or remove.
  4. Click Reassign.
    A Reassign Submissions pop-up window notifies you how many submissions were reassigned and whether there were any errors (for example, if you did not have authorization to reassign any of the submissions).
  5. Click Close to close the pop-up window and return to the Submissions grid.
