Unlock an agency user account
About this task
Note: The Users menu and
Manage Agency Users screen are visible only if you have been granted
the ability to administer other agency users.
Procedure

Select
.The Manage Agency Users screen appears.

Click the row for the user
whose account you want to unlock.
A user details screen appears. If the user account is locked, the Actions menu includes an Unlock User action.

Select
.A confirmation window appears.
- Click Yes to unlock the user account, or No if you do not want to unlock the user account.
