Collaboration tools: All
In the All list of the Collaboration tools, you see all of the collaboration items (chat, emails, files, tasks, and notes) related to the current submission.
On the left of each item is the profile picture of the person or persons sharing it. The lower-left of that picture is an icon indicating the item type.

To create a new item of any of these types, click the New drop-down list near the top right of the tool, and select the item type. For details on the types, refer to the help topics for the elements above.

Search for a collaboration item |
In the Search field, type the item you want to display. |
Filter by type |
Click the Filter icon to the right of the Search field, and then select the types of collaboration items. When you apply any filters,no Chat or Task records display in the All view because Chat and Tasks do not support filtering. |
Refresh all collaboration content | Click the Refresh icon in the title bar of the Collaboration tool to pull in changes to documents in any of the Collaboration tool drawers that have taken place in an external Document Management System while the submission is open. |
