Collaboration tools: Files
In the Files collaboration tool, you can add files of supplementary material to support a submission. In the Files panel is a list of all files that are attached to the submission, with the name of the person who attached the file, date and time that the file was added, and the file name. The files are listed in the order in which they were added, with the most recently added first.
You can add files during the submission workflow or from within the Collaboration window.

Search for a file |
In the Search field, type the text you want to search for. You can search the following fields: File Name, Type, Description, and the Name of the person who added the file. |
Filter files by type |
Click the Filter icon to the right of the Search field, and then select the types of files you want to display. |
View a file and its details |
Click on any file to view the file details. To return to the list of files, click the File panel title bar. Click the name of the file to download the file; when it has downloaded, you can view it. |
Change the details of a file |
Click on any file. You can change the following details:

Delete a file |
Click on any file and then click Delete at the bottom of the window. Click Yes to confirm. |
