Upload from an ACORD application
About this task
If the submission includes an ACORD application, you can use that information to accelerate the submission process and improve accuracy.
This feature lets you auto-fill your application data. If you have an ACORD application in PDF format, select this feature to import data using the Underwriting Management AppReader.

Procedure
- In the Submission Details window, select Upload from an ACORD application.
- Click Select File to Upload.
- Locate and select the file.
- Complete the remaining fields in the Submission Details window.
Results
The file is not uploaded until you click Create Application or Prequalify. After you click Create Application or Prequalify, the Home page or another submission you were working on opens.
A pop-up window informs you the application data was accepted and is being processed. You can dismiss this window and continue working on other submissions.
When processing is complete, a pop-up window informs you of the success or failure of the import and any errors that occurred. In either case, you can proceed with the submission.
You can now proceed through the submission forms and view the data that has been populated.
