Resolve a task

With a submission open, click the Collaboration
icon
, which displays to the right of the Actions menu.

Click the Tasks icon.
The Tasks pane displays any existing tasks.
- Click the task you want to resolve to open it.

Select a Resolution Reason.
You can set a resolution reason for a task without proceeding to resolve it. If you change the Task Summary after you have selected a resolution reason, the reason list is cleared, and you must select a new reason. (Reasons vary by task type.)
- Enter any Resolution Notes.
- Click Resolve Task at the bottom of the window, and select whether you want to send an email notification that the task is resolved, and click Yes to confirm.
